* Please note that our company will not take any responsibility concerning uptime of your environment, disaster recovery, data integrity, backups and/or management thereof, and so on. Our only role when you host TraQQr yourself is helping your IT department install TraQQr on your servers.

 
 

Hosting TraQQr yourself

Do want to host TraQQr on your own server, either to restrict access to your intranet or because of other company policies? No problem! All you need is your own server, for which you can find the needed specifications here.

There's no additional cost to hosting TraQQr yourself. However, please note that we only offer support for the initial installation of TraQQr and performing TraQQr updates. All maintenance, backup management and monitoring will need to be performed by your own IT team.

 
 

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

1. Which billing options are there?
All our services and licenses are billed per invoice.

2. How does renewing a license work?
Two months prior to your license running out, your designated contact person will receive an estimate for the renewawing your license. This estimate will be based on your usage of TraQQr during the past year. Then you have two months to get back to us on whether the estimate is accepted or declined.

3. Do licenses run until of the end of the year - or up to a year after purchasing?
We add the validity of a license to the purchase date. So, if you bought a yearly license on the 31st of May 2016 the license will be valid untill the 31st of May 2017.

4. I've (nearly) reached the amount of employees I bought employee licenses for. What now?
First of all, congratulations! Glad to hear (your) business is booming. As for your question: we only re-evaluate the amount of TraQQr employee licenses needed once per year. While drafting the estimate for your renewal, one of our consultants will check your current number of employees, calculate your estimated growth and add the appropriate number of additional employee licenses to your estimate.

5. Is there a trial period?
TraQQr does not come with a trial period. A vital part of sales proces is giving possible customers an extensive demonstration of the possibilities TraQQr offers. One of our consultants will go through your business processes with you and show you how TraQQr can help you with them. Only once we've completed this demonstration, do you have to decide on whether you want to purchase TraQQr.
