Governments, customers, employees: the demand for safer working conditions has hugely evolved since the industrial revolution, and it’s still increasing in complexity.
Besides trying to run your day-to-day business, your company also has to deal with more complex working conditions which require additional training, guidance, monitoring, reporting, evaluating, planning & scheduling, etc., etc.. At any given moment your company can be audited at the request of the government or your customers, so you need to keep a detailed track record of all training certificates, instructions, assessments, competencies and drills… nice - but this is not your core business!
For that reason you need a tool that makes it easy for you to track all these ongoing concerns, generates standardized reports, creates custom reports and in the end will help you save money on expensive training and non-productive hours.
We’ve developed a new, state-of-the-art software tool called “TraQQr”, which helps you get real-time reports on training history, certificate expiration, customer requirements, training budget, planning & scheduling and individual or team career development.
TraQQr is an easy-to-use and flexible tool which can either support your current HR system - or completely replace it. Either way it will help reduce paperwork and hours spent on following procedures, rather than focusing on your core business.
First off, you can book an appointment with one of our consultants here. We will be happy to answer any and all questions you may have free of charge!
Next to that, take a look at the following:
You can hook TraQQr up to your current HR system and import employee info from there.
..Or use TraQQr as HR system and export (a part of) our HR info to your operational systems.
The possibilities are pretty much endless. Contact us to discuss them.

Everyone has access to our roadmap for the year to come, so you can see the direction we're headed.
We welcome customer suggestions and requests. On average, we incorporated 10 change requests a month during 2016.
While TraQQr's current feature list is already quite impressive in our humble opinion, we are constantly trying to add even more functionality that our prospective clients and current customers are asking for. At the start of each year our development team reviews all outstanding requests and drafts a rough planning of which ideas they want to work on during the coming year. This planning we call a roadmap. Listed below are only some of the bigger features from said roadmap for 2017.
1. Employee can request to go on a course, which can then be approved or declined.
2. Do some serious work on the back-end of our workflow system so not everything has to be about a person, but can be about anything. This opens up the way for us to create many new workflows, such as one to faciliate your hiring process.
1. Be able to register (basic) wage information about employees in the contract section which can then be exported to payroll software.
2. Be able to configure a contract template, so you can generate a standard contract for an employee with a few clicks based on department, location, function.
3. Checklists. Everybody loves them, so we want you to be able to complete a checklist for people joining your organization to make sure you've told them everything they need to do the job.
1. We already play nice with other software, but our software does not have that many friends. We'll be working on adding support for various interfacing techniques like Zapier so all sorts of software can start talking and exchanging information with TraQQr.
1. Add financial budgets to departments and/or locations
2. Add the ability to register the cost of a training per certificate, per certificate provider and per certificate provider address.
3. Add the ability to approve and/or decline courses based on budgets or automatically reschedule them.
4. Create new reports to report on all of the above.

TraQQr is actively being developed by DirectCoDe BV, a small IT company which is based out of the Netherlands. If you want to learn more about DirectCode in general, visit our company website (will open in a new window).
TraQQr was founded by Derek den Haas and Sef Presser, who both worked at an IT company which developed software for the offshore industry during the early 2000's. They saw how their company and the IT market in general was vastly overpricing its services and developing software based on what the the programmers thought was a good idea, rather than listening to its customers. They decided they wanted to try a different approach, so left their current company and started development on what would become known as TraQQr.
During the years that followed, DirectCode and a partner company called Seafox Operations BV continuously expanded and re-evaluated the software to make sure that it's fast, easy to use and flexible enough to cater to different companies, operating in different branches.
